Sodas are high in acid level. If you drink too much this could affect your gastric acid and could result to upset stomach. If the level of acid in your stomach increases you are at risk to have gastric pain due to too much acidity. I myself have experience this kind of pain and don’t want to experience it again. I’ve been feeling the pain for one whole day and the feeling is like you’re having a LBM, gas pain, nausea, and loss of appetite. Especially if you are drinking that you haven’t eat any solid food. Your stomach won’t be able to bear the acid from the soda you drink.

Sodas also contain caffeine and caffeine has bad effects to the body. Caffeine would normally target the cerebral cortex and the brain stem in the central nervous system. If you take too much caffeine like 100-200 mg would result to increase alertness and wakefulness, faster and clearer flow of thought, increased focus, and better body and general coordination. It could also result to restlessness, a loss of motor control, headaches, and dizziness. However if you take more than that, this could result to mush worse effect like insomnia, agitation, tremors, and rapid breathing. Caffeine can also affect your heart because it dilates the vessels which cause increase blood pressure, increase gastric acid production, boost the metabolic rates, and it’s addictive.
